Cancellation and refund

Cancellation requests should be raised as soon as possible through customer support. Orders that have already been packed, dispatched or delivered may not be cancellable.

Refunds for eligible prepaid cancellations or approved returns are processed to the original payment method after verification. Medicines and products subject to safety restrictions may not be returnable once delivered.
